1. Scope of Services

3. Property Access, Water Hookups & Pet Containment

To perform services safely and effectively, the customer agrees to:

• Provide clear perimeter access around the building exterior and unlock side yard gates.
• Provide access to an active exterior water bib (spigot) with adequate pressure for downspout flushing and testing.
• Keep all domestic pets safely contained indoors during the duration of service.
• Relocate delicate patio items, vehicles parked directly under eaves, or potted plants that may impede ladder placement.

4. Safety Protocols & Tile Roof Standoff Protection

Safety of technicians and protection of customer property are paramount:

7. 14-Day Free Flowing Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship. If any section of gutter cleaned by our crew fails to drain properly during rain within 14 days of service due to residual debris left behind, we will return promptly to inspect and clear the blockage at no additional charge.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in Placer County, CA.
